Because of our journalistic style we include all of the edited proofs in your package.  Once you've picked your favorite photographs, our gallery staff is here to help you layout and choose your custom albums.  You can include your album and reprints in your initial package and lock in substantial savings or take advantage of our discount certificates included with your proofs.

• Add additional time and edited prints at $295/hour on the day of your wedding or pre-book extra time and enjoy a 15% savings ($250/hour).
• Add rehearsal, rehearsal party, and/or following day brunch coverage at a 15% savings ($250/hour) if included in your original contract. (Two-hour minimum).
• Pre-purchase a complete additional set or sets of proofs in attractive albums at a considerable savings off full price, for only $595 for a 5-hour coverage.  For each additional hour of wedding photography add $100.  (For example, a complete additional proof album for a 6-hour wedding would be $595 + $100 = $695). This is a popular option in lieu of or in addition to a custom parent's album.  Additional sets MUST be ordered before the wedding date in order to receive this discounted price.
• Extended Coverage - The package starter includes some second camera coverage by the photographic assistant. Extended coverage adds a third person to the team which is necessary for covering simultaneous events. or if there are many requests for posed photographs. With extended coverage the third photographer and the assistant can photograph groups of favorite friends and family and/or table shots at the reception while the main photographer concentrates on capturing the many candid moments. Extended coverage is also perfect for large church weddings allowing the ceremony to be photographed from several angles and is excellent for coverage of extensive pre-ceremony preparations.

      One or two camera coverage suits most weddings; however, for large, complex events Picture Perfect can provide photographic teams led by two main photographers and their assistants. Sometimes the teams act independently of each other, thoroughly covering two simultaneous events. Then at times they converge for key elements such as the ceremony, coordinating their coverage for these emotionally rich moments. Other times they can offer two different styles of photography, with one team concentrating on a journalistic style and the other team focusing on a more traditional posed coverage of favorite family and friends.

      There are advantages to both traditional and journalistic styles of photography. There is nothing like an unobtrusive, candid approach to capture real emotion. With our journalistic work, your album will be unique, because we am photographing, not directing, the special moments. On the other hand, a traditional approach can complement journalistic coverage. If you want a record of your important family and friends, perhaps for gifts or Christmas cards, traditional posed photos are the best way to ensure that everyone is photographed. With a photographic team you can get both styles of photography at the same time!

      Many weddings also happen over several days, including welcoming parties, rehearsal dinner parties, sporting events such as golf and volleyball for the wedding party and often a Sunday brunch. With a team of photographers you can get a complete record of all of these events.

PICTURE PERFECT offers three levels of portraiture:

Mini-sessions last 30 minutes and can be shot in either our beautiful air-conditioned Ojai studio or in the gardens of Ojai City Hall, a former estate with beautiful backgrounds. The session includes the edited proofs from one roll of color or black and white film and either two 5X7s, four 4X6s or eight wallets from the same negative.

Half sessions last one hour including travel time* and can be booked in the Ojai area including some of or our mountain streams and valley meadows full of oak and Eucalyptus groves. Sessions include the edited proofs from two rolls of film (can be color and black and white), and either one 8X10, 2 5X7s, 4 4X6s or 8 wallets from the same negative.

Full sessions last two and a half hours including travel time* and can be booked in the Ventura, Ojai, Santa Barbara areas including several beautiful beaches. Sessions include the edited proofs from four rolls of film (can be color and black and white) and either one 8X10, 2 5X7s, 4 4X6s or 8 wallets from the same negative.
