- A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure the date of your wedding.
- We require a signed contract which will specify services included in your package and
a payment schedule. Payment schedules for weddings outside a local radius from our
studio will include travel expenses.*
- Consultation, location previews and travel time are included in all packages at no
additional charge within a 1 ½ hour radius of our studio. For locations outside
this local area, travel expenses will be charged.*
- Your photography package must be selected two weeks after your deposit is made. The
balance of the package will be due in two equal payments: one two weeks after your deposit
is made and the second two weeks before your wedding. Overtime will be due three
weeks after your wedding.
- Refunds on 2nd payments do to cancellation will only be made if the date is rebooked at
a rate equal to or higher that the cancelled event.
- Your proof albums will be completed 6-8 weeks after your wedding. Turn-around time
for reprint and album orders varies depending on the size and complexity of the order,
album selection and whether the order was placed during a special or the Christmas season.
- No pictures or albums will be delivered until payment in full has been received.
- Shipping charges will be added where applicable for UPS ground delivery. Request
for change in delivery method may require additional charges.
- Prices quoted in this brochure do not include sales tax. You will be charged sales tax.
- Prices effective through December 30, 2007.
- Due to changes over time in film and changes in technology in paper and chemistry, all album, reprint
and enlargement orders must be completed within three years of the date of your wedding. There will
be no refund for any pre-paid packages that are not completed within this time frame.
- Timothy Teague/Picture Perfect legally owns the copyright to all negatives and images, however, they
will sell the negatives to their clients after three years provided the client will make the negatives
available to our studio for any self promotional uses. For a discount, clients may pre-pay for
their negatives. It is up to the client to contact our studio after three years and provide a
current address.
* Travel Expenses:
- Events outside a 2 hour radius from our studio require a hotel** for photographers and assistants. (A
hotel may be required for events 1-2 hours from our studio if they end after 11pm).
- We will drive to events up to 4 hours from our studio but will require a hotel** for photographers
and assistants and a travel charge of $200 to cover additional costs including gas, wages and food. (8
hour minimum booking is required).
- For events outside the 4 hour radius, airfare, car rental and hotel** will be required for photographers
and assistants. A $500 travel fee and an 8 hour minimum plus rehearsal dinner booking is also required.

**Hotel must be booked one room per person at the same level as guests for photographers and assistants.
